7月23日，天成自控（603085）发布公告，股东云南国际信托有限公司（代表云南信托－云昇142号单一资金信托）根据自身投资规划安排，计划在2025年8月14日至2025年11月13日，通过集中竞价的方式减持公司股份不超过397万股，减持比例不超过公司总股本的1%。
2025年一季度，天成自控实现收入5.39亿元，归母净利润2092万元。
