《科创板日报》23日讯，根据TrendForce最新的内存现货价格趋势报告，DDR4方面，由于两大韩系供应商对消费级DRAM芯片实施月度大幅涨价，此前价格下跌的势头有所缓和。NAND闪存方面，受制于买卖双方预期价格差异，大容量产品在实际交易中较为稀缺。
