北京时间7月23日，据记者斯基拉报道，哈维-西蒙斯接近以7000万欧加盟切尔西，双方将签约7+1年。
斯基拉报道称：“哈维-西蒙斯正以7000万欧元的价格，从RB莱比锡接近加盟切尔西。俱乐部已准备好一份到2032年的合同，并附带续约至2033年的选择权。”
哈维-西蒙斯总计为RB莱比锡登场76次，贡献21球23助。目前其德转身价7000万欧。
