位于菲律宾以东洋面的热带扰动已于今天下午5点钟发展为热带低压，预计其强度逐渐增强，将于24小时内加强为今年第7号台风“范斯高”， 24日夜间移入东海南部海面，最强可达热带风暴级或强热带风暴级（9~10级，23~25米/秒），并向浙江中南部到福建北部一带沿海靠近。（中国天气、央视新闻）
