美国半导体初创公司xLight当地时间7月22日宣布，已完成一轮超额认购的4000万美元B轮股权融资。本轮融资由Playground Global领投，并由Boardman Bay Capital Management跟投。此轮融资将进一步助力xLight开发极紫外（EUV）自由电子激光器（FEL）。
