丽人丽妆7月22日公告，公司控股股东、实际控制人黄韬新增司法冻结16,747,538股公司股份，占其直接持股数量的12.88%，占公司总股本的4.18%。冻结原因为个人与配偶离婚纠纷。本次股份被冻结主要系黄韬个人与翁淑华的离婚纠纷所致，对公司生产经营无重大影响，目前暂不会导致公司控制权发生变更。
