7月21日，湖南隆回一名3岁男童独自骑车想去广州找妈妈。
刘女士和朋友看到男童后，让男童上车并将他送回家。
刘女士称，她看到男童一个人在路上骑车不安全，问了才知道他要去广州找妈妈，当时鞋子袜子都磨破了，她把男童哄上车后，找了一个多小时才将他送回家中。
