7月21日，大麦通过官方微博发布《易烊千玺2025演唱会「礐嶨」购票提醒》公告，提示消费者警惕网络诈骗。公告指出，任何打着大麦或者大麦员工名义私下兜售门票的行为都涉嫌诈骗。
同时，大麦强调将通过技术手段识别并拦截使用虚假设备、不安全插件、外挂软件、网络代理等抢票的恶意行为，坚决打击“黑灰产”刷票，维护购票公平性。
