截至公告披露日，相关各方正在积极推进本次交易的各项工作，公司预计无法在2025年7月22日（星期二）上午开市起复牌。
经公司向深圳证券交易所申请，公司股票自2025年7月22日（星期二）上午开市起继续停牌，预计停牌时间不超过3个交易日。
2025年一季度，海伦钢琴实现收入2776万元，归母净利润-968万元。
