Sublime Text打开bat文件中的汉字是乱码，sublime不支持ansi编码的中文，怎么解决？
Sublime Text打开txt文件是乱码—ANSI编码的汉字读不了怎么办？
写了一个bat程序，在sublime text中打开是乱码，如下图：
解决方法安装插件：
打开下图：
找到install package;
点开后出现下图：
找到 convert to utf8
安装后就好了。
