美国篮球记者Brett Siegel报道，过去24小时时间里，湖人队与很多球队进行了谈判，试图在不牺牲大量选秀资产的情况下释放一些薪金空间。但是消息人士透露，交易谈判始终处于初步阶段，并没有实质性进展。
Siegel认为古德温是湖人队喜欢的球员类型。
