祝贺食通天·美食市集盛大开业！

2025年7月4日，沈阳皇城恒隆广场B1层迎来战略级改造项目——「食通天美食市集」的盛大开业。作为与食通天品牌多次缔造行业标杆的设计合作伙伴，金枫设计再次以“文化基因现代转译”为核心，将盛京水文脉络融入商业空间，打造全国首个以“曲水流觞”为灵感的沉浸式美食社交场域。

On July 4, 2025, Shenyang Royal Plaza 66 welcomed the grand opening of its strategic renovation project, "Shitongtian Food Market". As a design partner that has repeatedly set industry benchmarks with the Shitongtian brand, our company once again took "modern translation of cultural genes" as the core, integrated the Shengjing hydrological context into the commercial space, and created the country's first immersive food social venue inspired by "Qushui Liushang".

矗立在沈阳中街商圈的皇城恒隆广场，开业超过15年，早已成为沈阳乃至东北地区举足轻重的商场。在项目最新一轮调改中，食通天·美食市集接替原亚惠进驻，从地道小吃到网红爆款，从异国料理到深夜食堂，打造集合中外美食精华的新型餐饮聚集地。

The Plaza 66, located in the Zhongjie business district of Shenyang, has been open for more than 15 years and has long been an important shopping mall in Shenyang and even in the Northeast region. In the latest round of adjustments to the project, Shitongtian Food Market replaced the original Yahui, creating a new dining destination that combines the essence of Chinese and foreign cuisine, from authentic snacks to popular online products, from exotic cuisine to late-night canteens.

CONCEPT & COMMERCE

在与甲方充分沟通之后，设计师从沈阳的文化核心《陪都纪略》等典籍中提炼主题和框架，以“曲水流觞”作为空间意象，将沈阳的文化风骨和古代文人雅集风貌融入空间的起承转合之中，同时结合沈阳本土的辽河流域的早期文化，以现代设计手法演绎融合的精神，在沈阳讲述运河故事。

After fully communicating with the client, the designer extracted the theme and framework from classics such as "A Brief History of the Accompanying Capital", the cultural core of Shenyang, and used "Winding Stream and Flowing Wine Cups" as the spatial image, integrating Shenyang's cultural style and the style of ancient literati gatherings into the development of the space. At the same time, combined with the early culture of the Liaohe River Basin in Shenyang, the spirit of fusion was interpreted with modern design techniques to tell the story of the canal in Shenyang.

传统的山水形态、石材被抽象、简化，以一种现代的语汇和材料表达出来。金枫设计用极简的语言，裁切、打散并重组着山水印象的切片，举重若轻地重构着另一种“水系市集”。在此，观念绕开被我们所看见的真实，因其本身就是意识的截面。

曲径通幽处，辗转的脚步在空间动线的引领下，变成一种探索的乐趣。而每一处的转角，入眼之物皆能带来不同的惊喜。

Traditional landscape forms and stone materials are abstracted and simplified, and expressed in a modern vocabulary and materials. Jinfeng Design uses minimalist language to cut, break up and reorganize slices of landscape impressions, and reconstructs another "water market" with ease. Here, the concept bypasses the reality we see, because it is itself a cross-section of consciousness.

In the secluded places where the winding paths lead to, the footsteps turn into a kind of exploration pleasure under the guidance of the spatial dynamic line. And every corner and every object that comes into view can bring different surprises.

质感&独特

TEXTURE AND UNIQUENESS

在入口区域，取用抽象化的水流汇聚为意象，设计强调了空间的视觉趣味性。中庭区以流线框出一处由艺术材料构成的“曲线水景”，顶部通过室内建构的方式，将“山”的形态，抽象为倾盖而下、流动的水岸线。

In the entrance area, the design uses the abstract image of water flow to emphasize the visual interest of the space. The atrium uses streamlines to frame a "curved waterscape" made of artistic materials. The top of the building is constructed indoors to abstract the shape of the "mountain" into a flowing water bank.

档口设计天花的水纹造型，加剧了空间纵深的折叠。水波纹影影绰绰、隔而不离、连绵无尽，与空间中心流动的“山体”和“屋檐”相呼应，也形成了一种温暖的尺度和微妙的光线折射，带来丰富的光影变化。

The water ripple shape of the stall design ceiling intensifies the folding of the depth of the space. The water ripples are shadowy, separated but not separated, and endless, echoing the flowing "mountain" and "eaves" in the center of the space, and also forming a warm scale and subtle light refraction, bringing rich light and shadow changes.

材料、线条、语汇的抽象，与体量、块面在空间中互为延伸，形成水的演绎：“水”的静谧——由此所产生出的连续不规则的空间，在尺度感与空间感上赋予了全新的感受，充斥着一种革新式的冲击。

The abstraction of materials, lines and vocabulary, together with the extension of volumes and blocks in space, form an interpretation of water: the tranquility of "water" - the resulting continuous and irregular space gives a new sense of scale and space, and is filled with an innovative impact.
