证券日报网讯 7月18日晚间，三超新材发布公告称，公司董事会近日收到公司董事兼财务总监姬昆先生的书面辞职报告，姬昆先生因个人原因，申请辞去公司董事、专门委员会委员、财务总监职务，姬昆先生辞去董事、财务总监职务后仍在公司担任其他职务。
