人民财讯7月18日电，芯联集成(688469)7月18日晚间公告，公司拟通过发行股份及支付现金的方式向15名交易对方购买其合计持有的芯联越州集成电路制造（绍兴）有限公司（简称“芯联越州”）72.33%股权，交易价格为58.97亿元。交易完成后，芯联越州将成为芯联集成的全资子公司。此次交易构成关联交易，不构成重组上市。
