能源巨头bp当地时间7月18日宣布，同意将美国陆上风电业务出售给LS Power，包括10个运营中的风电资产，总净发电量为1.3吉瓦。该交易预计将于年底前完成。
声明称，作为公司2月宣布的200亿美元资产剥离计划的一部分，bp正进一步精简和聚焦业务。
