人民财讯7月18日电，国家发展改革委等部门发布关于实施鼓励外商投资企业境内再投资若干措施的通知，其中提出，支持外商投资企业在境内再投资时，灵活采用工业用地长期租赁、先租后让、弹性年期出让等方式，降低初期用地成本，具体方式按照现行鼓励支持政策执行。
