7月17日，中微公司(688012.SH)公告称，预计2025年半年度归属于母公司净利润为6.8亿元-7.3亿元，同比增长31.61%～41.28%。报告期内，公司营业收入约49.61亿元，同比增长43.88%，其中刻蚀设备和LPCVD薄膜设备收入大幅增长。
