日本零售巨头Seven & i的股票周四早盘暂停交易，此前加拿大便利店巨头Alimentation Couche-Tard撤回了以470亿美元收购该公司的提议。
Alimentation Couche-Tard周三宣布，撤回对Seven & i的收购要约，称双方“持续缺乏诚意”。
这家加拿大零售商在一份声明中表示：“与Seven & i代表公开发表的评论相反，Seven & i没有真诚或建设性的参与，以促进任何提案的推进。”
