金融界7月16日消息，中熔电气公告称，2025年7月16日其召开第四届董事会第三次会议，审议通过投资建设赛诺克新能源科技园项目。该项目位于西安市高新区，规划总用地面积36719.40㎡，总建筑面积77166.17㎡ ，计划2027年年底完成竣工验收并投入使用，项目总投资114,068.77万元，资金来源为自有资金或自筹资金。
