7月15日，东亚杯末轮，中国1-0战胜中国香港，赛后，中国香港前锋米高-乌德布卢素在与中国香港球迷互动时称中国球迷为杂种。
据博主“莱斯特城的小狐狸”分享的视频显示，米高疑似对香港球迷说：“看看那些中国球迷，下一次我们会击败那些杂种（look at Chinese fans，next time we will beat these bastard）。”
此前据德转显示，米高已经和苏州东吴签约一年半。
