7月16日，南京有2宗涉宅用地出让，分别位于江宁区和六合区，最终均底价成交，总成交金额19.94亿元。一宗地由北京方兴亦城置业有限公司（金茂）以底价15.49亿元竞得，成交楼面价11997元/㎡。另一宗由南京龙跃房地产开发有限公司以底价4.45亿元竞得，成交楼面价7852元/㎡。
