7月15日，东方铁塔（002545）发布公告，实际控制人韩汇如解除质押股份2280万股，占其所持股份的3.91%及公司总股本的1.83%；截至公告披露日，韩汇如累计质押股份为1.4亿股，占其持股的24.03%及公司总股本的11.25%。
2025年一季度，东方铁塔实现收入9.54亿元，归母净利润2.06亿元。
