人民财讯7月14日电，真爱美家(003041)7月14日晚间发布2025年半年度业绩预告，预计2025年上半年归属于上市公司股东的净利润为1.61亿元—2.36亿元，同比增长378.11%—599.66%。报告期内，公司归属于上市公司股东的净利润较上年同期增长比例较大，主要是报告期内子公司浙江真爱毯业科技有限公司原徐村厂区土地、建筑及附属物征收补偿税后净收益1.62亿元，占净利润的68.68%—100.51%。
