（全球TMT2025年7月14日讯）美国无线电话公司（United States Cellular Corporation）和Telephone And Data Systems, Inc.(TDS)报告，美国司法部反垄断局（US Department of Justice Antitrust Division）宣布，已结束对与T-Mobile拟议交易的调查。这项交易同样获得美国联邦通信委员会(FCC)的批准。
2024年，美国无线电话公司和TDS宣布，已达成最终协议，以44亿美元的收购价格将UScellular的无线业务和部分频谱资产出售给T-Mobile。
