人民财讯7月14日电，世名科技7月14日在互动平台上表示，公司开发的特种碳氢树脂产品主要用于5G高速覆铜板，属于M6-M8级，项目整体处于试生产中，500吨级电子级碳氢树脂已向部分下游客户送样与小批量供应，为项目验收后的规模化生产做准备。
