北京时间7月14日，休斯顿火箭官方宣布，球队已签下前锋卡梅隆-马修斯，并裁掉了杰纳森-威廉姆斯。
卡梅隆-马修斯是今年的落选秀，在2024-25赛季，马修斯场均贡献7.1分、6.7个篮板、3.6次助攻和2.4次抢断。
而杰纳森-威廉姆斯在过去两个赛季为球队出战共42场比赛，场均出战6.6分钟，贡献3分和0.9个篮板，投篮/三分/罚球命中率分别为48.2%/25.8%/57.1%。
