2025年7月13日，连连数字（02598.HK）发布公告，于2025年7月12日与配售代理订立配售协议，计划按每股10.25港元向不少于六名独立专业人士、机构及/或其他投资者配售3840万股新H股。公告显示，假设配售股份全数配售，配售所得款项总额预计约为3.94亿港元，拟将所得款项净额用于区块链等创新技术在全球支付领域的创新及应用、全球业务及牌照扩展及一般公司用途。
