这些主教练分别是：卡莱尔（步行者）、道格-克里斯蒂（国王）、比卢普斯（开拓者）、里弗斯（雄鹿）、科尔（勇士）、泰伦卢（快船）、威利-格林（鹈鹕）、乌度卡（火箭）、雷迪克（湖人）还有基德（独行侠）。
