近日，费列罗集团及WK Kellogg Co宣布，双方已达成最终协议，费列罗同意以每股23.00美元现金收购WK Kellogg Co，企业总价值为31亿美元。此次收购包括WK Kellogg Co标志性早餐谷物产品组合在美国、加拿大和加勒比地区制造、营销和分销业务。
