周大福创建拟发行本金总额为8.5亿港元的2.8%可换股债券，该债券将于2027年到期。
所得款项净额预计为8.43亿港元，其中约5.71亿港元将用于同步购回于2025年到期的7.8亿港元4.00%可换股债券，剩余部分将用于集团的一般企业用途。假设债券按初始换股价每股7.67港元悉数转换，最多可转换为1.108亿股新股份，占扩大后公司已发行股本约2.686%。
