7月10日晚间，建业地产在港交所公告，2025年6月份，集团取得物业合同销售额人民币10.5亿元，同比增加为8.7%；合同销售建筑面积160,130平方米，同比增加为16.9%；每平方米平均销售价格为人民币6,551元，同比减少为7.0%。截至2025年6月30日止6个月，集团已取得物业合同销售总额人民币44.4亿元，同比减少为1.2%；总合同销售建筑面积707,896平方米，同比增加为5.0%；每平方米平均销售价格为人民币6,278元，同比减少为6.0%。
