7月9日，国家金融监督管理总局温州监管分局公布的行政处罚信息公开表显示，浙江温州龙湾农商行因“对关联方存款业务管理不到位；向非营销部门下达存款考核指标；贷款“三查”不到位，贷款资金被挪用；流动资金贷款被用于固定资产投资；票据业务保证金来源审查不审慎；违规跨区域开展业务”被罚款265万元，相关责任人林涛、王剑、王长青均被警告。
