人民财讯7月9日电，佛塑科技(000973)7月9日晚间公告，公司拟通过产权交易中心公开挂牌方式转让全资子公司佛山市三水长丰塑胶有限公司（简称“三水长丰”）100%股权。在不低于三水长丰100%股权评估价值的前提下，综合考虑资产市场价值等情况，拟定本次交易的首次挂牌价为1.8亿元。
