当地时间7月8日，意大利贝加莫的机场因跑道事故短暂停止航班起降。有当地媒体报道称，未透露姓名的机场官员说有人在一架飞机起飞时跑上停机坪，被吸入发动机。这架飞机是维罗提（Volotea）航空公司的一架空客A319飞机，当时正准备飞往西班牙阿斯图里亚斯。相关调查正在进行中。
