据《福建日报》消息，福建省委组织部7月8日发布《关于袁素玲、游文杰同志任前公示的公告》。其中，现任莆田市委副书记袁素玲拟任省级群团机关正厅长级职务。
公开资料显示，袁素玲，女，汉族，1973年10月生，在职研究生，中共党员。
她曾任福建省妇联办公室主任，省妇联党组成员、副主席等职，于2021年调任莆田市委常委、组织部部长，后于2023年10月出任莆田市委副书记。
