近期，市民陆先生携带140多斤污损的1角钱硬币去银行网点兑换被拒。银行表示陆先生提供的相关材料无法证明硬币来源，建议其去人民银行指定的、具备相关资质的四家网点兑换，但陆先生拒绝前往。
