人民财讯7月8日电，今年第4号台风“丹娜丝”（热带风暴级）的中心7月8日8时位于浙江温岭东偏南方约100公里的浙江近海海面上，中心附近最大风力9级（23米/秒）。中央气象台8日10时继续发布台风蓝色预警和暴雨黄色预警，经综合研判和应急会商，中国气象局于8日提升重大气象灾害（台风）四级应急响应为（台风、暴雨）三级响应。
