据俄罗斯国家通讯社报道，俄能源部联合联邦税务局和数字发展部已建立全国加密货币挖矿设备注册系统，并向矿工活跃地区下发。能源部副部长 Petr Konyushenko 表示，该系统可精准识别挖矿用电用户，便于实施专项监管和纳税。根据此前法规，法人和个体户需登记才能合法挖矿，所有矿工需向税局报告所得。
