人民财讯7月7日电，近日，民政部公布了部门规章《行政区划代码管理办法》（以下简称《办法》），自2025年9月1日起施行。
《办法》共二十条，从行政区划代码的确定、公布和应用三个环节，对行政区划代码管理进行了全周期制度设计，体现科学赋码、权威公布、规范应用，实现编用结合的管理闭环，为代码确定的权威性、管理的规范性、使用的统一性和应用的有效性提供有力制度保障。
