据央视新闻消息，当地时间7日凌晨，两名巴勒斯坦消息人士表示，在卡塔尔首都多哈举行的加沙停火谈判的首轮会议于当天凌晨结束，各方未能达成一致。
消息人士称，以色列谈判小组未能获得足够授权，无权与巴勒斯坦伊斯兰抵抗运动（哈马斯）达成相关协议。（总台记者 赵远方）
