人民财讯7月4日电，中国人民银行发布关于《人民币跨境支付系统业务规则（征求意见稿）》公开征求意见的通知，为适应人民币跨境支付系统业务发展需要，中国人民银行组织修订了《人民币跨境支付系统业务规则》（银发〔2018〕72号），形成《人民币跨境支付系统业务规则（征求意见稿）》，现面向社会公开征求意见。
