贾巴里-沃克是开拓者在2022年选中的57号秀，他职业生涯前三年均在开拓者度过，本赛季他与开拓者队合约到期，成为了一名自由球员。在生涯前三年，沃克合计出战188场比赛，场均出场16.3分钟，能够得到6.2分4.5篮板0.8助攻0.5抢断0.2盖帽，投篮命中率46.5%，三分命中率31.8%。
