7月3日，新宁物流（300013）发布公告，李超杰因工作调整申请辞去公司董事会秘书职务，辞职后仍在公司担任董事、总经理职务。
经董事会提名委员会审核通过，公司董事会同意聘任张克为董事会秘书。
2025年一季度，新宁物流实现收入1.11亿元，归母净利润579万元。
