在电力现货结算运行工作中，新海发电公司百万千瓦机组负荷率在6月连续两次突破历史极限。6月10日，该公司百万千瓦机组双机负荷率飙升至97.7%，创历史新高；仅9天后，6月19日单日发电量达4751万kWh，负荷率进一步提升至99%，再次刷新纪录。
