人民财讯7月3日电，近日，山东省商务厅、省发展改革委联合印发《山东省2025年稳外资行动实施方案》，推出20条高含金量举措。其中提出，围绕增值电信、生物技术等领域，借鉴试点地区开放先进经验，招引储备一批相关领域重点外资项目，争取新一轮电信、生物技术领域扩大开放试点。
