菜市场就在马路对面,我和宝爸一起去买菜,俩儿子不喜欢吃海鲜,对鸡肉和猪肉情有独钟,于是我们就买了肉馅、猪脊骨、里脊肉,还买了2鸡腿,青菜是黄瓜和荷兰豆。现在的菜价真不高,这一堆也才几十块。
晒晒我家午饭:烤脊骨+蒸黄金糕+辣子鸡丁+蒜蓉荷兰豆+拌糖醋黄瓜条
就这色香味俱全的菜一上桌,俩儿子可高兴了,而我们老两口更是把孩子爱吃的往跟前推。人过五十,不求大富大贵,只求一家人常在一起,温馨而幸福。当我把这一桌菜往家人群里一发,立马有评论“中国式好爸妈,太有爱了”!
蒸黄金糕,用肉馅做的蒸糕,吃着香还不油腻,尤其是里面放了松花蛋,味道和口感更好了!
做法:
1,准备肥瘦猪肉馅,松花蛋,葱姜花椒水,盐,淀粉
2,把松花蛋上锅蒸几分钟,拿出来后切成小块待用
3,肉馅里先搅入一些葱姜花椒水,再放盐、胡椒粉调味,搅入稠淀粉
4,顺着一个方向搅到细腻起黏,放入切成小块的松花蛋拌匀,摔打一小会,用湿屉布包上,整理成长方形
5,锅里水开后上屉蒸25分钟,中途打开屉布,在肉糕上抹一层鸡蛋黄,再蒸3分钟,关火出锅,凉透可切。
烤脊骨,炖的吃烦了,换个烤的做法,香而入味,满满的烧烤味。
做法:
1,准备1大盘肉厚的猪脊骨,泡去血水,倒入煮锅里,加葱姜、八角、桂皮、料酒、酱油、盐,煮40分钟
2,捞出,稍微控控汤汁。码在铺了锡纸的烤盘里,喷上一薄层植物油,上200度的烤箱烤
3,10分钟后撒上孜然烧烤料,烤一会后发翻面,再撒孜然烧烤料,微黄后出炉

辣子鸡,微麻辣,香酥,停不下筷儿!
做法:
1,准备2个鸡腿,剔骨后切成丁,洗净后攥水入盆,加料酒、生抽、盐、白糖、白胡椒粉抓匀抓滑
2,加淀粉拌一下,加点植物油封住
3,锅里加炸油烧热,鸡丁下锅先别动,定型后用铲子推动散开,炸熟上色
4,捞出来,油温上来后复炸,颜色枣红色,捞出控油
5,炒锅里炸油倒出,留少许底油,放花椒炸出香味,倒入干辣椒段炒到干香
6,放葱姜蒜慢炒至香,加一点点盐入底味炒匀,倒入炸好的鸡丁,撒上白芝麻,炒匀出锅
糖醋黄瓜条,有肉的饭桌上来一道它,开胃又解腻。
