财联社7月3日电，稳定币概念盘中局部回暖，正元智慧涨超10%，京北方、飞利信涨超7%，恒宝股份、东信和平、四方精创、协鑫能科等冲高。消息面上，7月2日，香港财经事务及库务局局长许正宇宣布，香港金融管理局（金管局）将从8月1日起开始接受稳定币牌照申请，以保障货币和金融稳定，巩固香港国际金融中心地位。
