财联社7月2日电，今年以来，深圳楼市延续复苏态势。数据显示，6月份，深圳一手住宅网签3275套，环比上升3.6%。2025年上半年深圳一手住宅共网签21868套，其中预售成交15101套，同比增长24.4%。二手住宅过户29231套，同比增长36.6%。 (证券时报)
