近日，上海鲁迅公园（虹口公园）内不少安保人员高举警示牌，劝导市民游客降低音量，还有游客为此吵起来了。园方表示，有些唱歌、跳广场舞等“噪音扰民”问题长期存在，只要发现就会劝导，且早在2016年就已制定相关规定。
