7月2日，宋都服务（09608）发布公告，由于新认购人未能在2025年6月30日前达成新认购协议所约定的先决条件，公司决定暂时中止认购事项。
经过进一步协商，各方同意将相关先决条件延长至2025年12月31日前履行完毕。
